Resume of John Davis - Training Center Instructor

John began his aviation career in 1964 as a flight instructor.  He quickly moved up to charter captain, flying mostly Cessna Cabin Class Pistons.  He joined USAir in 1968.  While flying for USAIR, he was rated in FH-227 prop jet, 737, 757, 767 and BAC1-11.

Throughout his tenure at USAir, he maintained close ties with general aviation and kept his instructor credentials current.  He continued to fly in general aviation aircraft, teach instrument ground schools and assisted in helping several small flight schools author 141 manuals, establish VA programs and start-up 135 operations.

His 32 years at USAir gave John insight into effective simulator training programs, both as a pilot and an instructor. He joined Aero-Tech in 2002 adding airline style flows and polish to our simulator lesson plans and discipline to emergency scenario training.

Today he is an effective simulator instructor and ground instructor.  He is often requested by customers as their instructor of choice
