Equipment and Instructors Our fleet consists of 16 aircraft. They are equipped with
intercoms, autopilots, HSI and IFR approach certified GPS. We train primarily in factory-new C-172S aircraft. Many are even equipped with state of the art, glass cockpits. Complex
commercial training flights take place in Piper Arrows. Aero-Tech's own Cessna Service Center maintains our fleet to airline standards. Aero-Tech's maintenance staff is always available to resolve any
mechanical problem in a most expeditious manner. Your instructors are all experienced professionals, some with airline backgrounds, and each is accredited by the Cessna Aircraft Company.
About Simulator Training Every major and regional airline relies on the effectiveness of simulators for pilot
training. Corporate and commercial operators pay top-dollar at name-brand sim-centers to train pilots. Even a new pilot can benefit from simulator training. Our wrap around visual system helps you to
forget that you not in the actual airplane and our unique full-motion makes your flying experience feel real. See the simulator.
Simulators provide 100% efficiency in
training by eliminating ATC delays, taxi time and set up time for instrument procedures. One hour of simulator training equates to two hours in an airplane. Practice CRM. Learn to handle all
types of situations. Our special situational training scenarios allow you to experience real flights taken from real NTSB files. Practice and rehearse instrument and emergency procedures until they
become comfortable and instinctive. Control your training environment by altering weather to suit your flight - good or bad. Day or night. Systems failures. You and your instructor control it all to
provide real training for real situations.

Why don't we include the multi-engine ratings in our program In the past 10 years, many pop-up flight centers have begun including a lot of
multi-engine hours in their career-pilot programs. Realistically, this money is not a good investment. Frankly, although you may have multi-engine certificates in your pocket, you are not
employable as a multi-engine pilot without having the required total hours in your logbook. Your hours while flying in multi-engine aircraft are not valued by employers because it is not valuable
training at this point in your career-building. So you have the certificates, but are not eligible to rent most multi engine aircraft and are faced with the difficulties of staying multi
current. Plus, if you are not hired by the airline right away, you will be looking for employment in general aviation. Unfortunately, you do not have the solo experience in flying aircraft
required to work in general aviation.
There are certain training principals and mindset when your focus is on being the junior pilot, supervised by a senior captain on regional
airliner. Different training principals and mindset are in focus if your training assumes you to be the pilot in command and possibly supervising another pilot.
Our graduates ask
us to design a program which allows you to benefit from your skills as soon as possible. We give you sound fundamentals so that you have choices in your career. Sure, wee teach you the
multi-engine skills and give you the multi-engine experiences in the multi-engine simulator - just like the airlines do. Then, after working in the industry for 6 months or so, and accumulating
valuable solo, in-command flight experience, you can easily pick up multi-engine certificates for less than $2,000. And, now you can put your new multi-engine skills immediately to work.
Instructor Placement Graduates are given first consideration for placement as an instructor
to work at Aero-Tech. Aero-Tech selects graduates as needed for all our locations. Our instructor pay is above national average. The majority of students who have completed Aero-Tech instructor
courses have worked with us. In addition, Aero-Tech graduates fill vacancies at flight schools all over the nation.
In Summary
Fast Track is not a program for the average student. However, if you have your heart set on an aviation career and are mature enough to complete goals on a deadline, then you
will be very pleased. We promise not to accept your enrollment unless we feel that you have the ability to be successful in the Program and as a career pilot. You can still complete all your
flight training on an accelerated pace without Fast Track - the only difference being that the price and completion date in not guaranteed.
