   Aero-Tech has trained pilots for 34 years We've flown 1/4 million hours. We are FAA Part 141 approved and uniquely qualified to offer you a very unique training program. The 10-Month Commercial Pilot Program is the best preparation for pilots who want to:

  • Meet insurance requirements to own an aircraft.
  • Become a professional-minded pilot.
  • Fly a multi engine or complex single engine airplane.
  • Possess confidence and skills, knowledge and experience to handle an aircraft with impressive performance.
  • Learn GPS approaches, and obtain multi-state cross-country experience.

Our Guarantee
   We guarantee to have our aircraft and instructional resources orchestrated for completion of your training program within 10 Months and for the price of $39,999. You must guarantee availability for training and studying, for 3 weekends each of the 10 months - beginning on Friday evening at 6:00pm and ending Sunday evening at 6:00pm, plus 2 hours at the airport each week for the 10-month training period. Additionally, you guarantee to complete all prescribed training and study as assigned.

Prerequisites Prior to Start Date
FAA Private Pilot Certificate, 85 Total Hours in Single Engine Aircraft, 10 Hours cross-country Pilot In Command, Current Second Class Medical Certificate, Two Years of College (or equivalent), Pass an Enrollment Interview

Equipment
   Our fleet consists of 16 aircraft. They are equipped with intercoms, autopilots, HSI and IFR approach certified GPS.  We train primarily in factory-new C-172Rs. Complex commercial training flights are conducted in Piper Arrows. Aero-Tech's own Cessna Service Center maintains our fleet to airline standards. Aero-Tech's maintenance staff is always available to resolve any mechanical problem in a most expeditious manner.

Certificates & Ratings included in your Program:
Private Multi-Engine, Instrument Multi-Engine, Commercial Multi-Engine, Commercial Single-Engine, High Altitude Endorsement, Complex Endorsement, High Performance Endorsement

Flight Time included:
140 Hours Logged Time, 85 Hours Total Multi-Engine Experience, 25 Hours Cross-Country, 30 Hours Multi-Engine Instruction & Flight Checks, 50 Hours Multi-Engine Full Motion Simulator, 40 Hours Single-Engine Time, 2 Hours Pressurized Aircraft.

What else is Included:
   One simple, guaranteed price and it includes everything needed for training: 2 FAA Knowledge Exams (IRA & CAX), training materials, manuals, checklists, charts, as well as instrument arrival, approach and departure procedures.   Examiner's fees of approximately $1,500 are not included.

Payment
   A $1,000.00 non-refundable, unconditional deposit, is required to reserve your training slot. Your deposit is credited toward your first of three payments.  Then 1) $15,000 is due upon arrival ($14,000 since the $1,000 deposit has been paid) 2) $12,499 3) $12,499. The 2nd and 3rd payments are due 60 and 180 days after the course start date.

Financial Aid
   Aero-Tech works with several financial aid programs, providing loans.

Refunds
   In the unlikely event of training termination, a pro-rated refund of unused funds, less training materials and administrative fees (Admin-fees are approximately 25%) will be made within 30 days. Aero-Tech reserves the right to cancel your training should attendance, performance or attitude not meet the standards of the Program.

   Graduates of the Program are eligible to enroll in the Instructor Program. Our Instructor Program allows pilots to accrue flight experience, earn income, and prepare for the next wave of hiring.

   Our customer service standards dictate that we not overfill our programs and we don't rush applicants to completion. Therefore, a limited number of training slots are available for this program. Call now to reserve your training dates.
