Customers Speak

I want to thank you for the excellent flight instruction I have received over the years from you. I thought our last recurrent work was the best yet. I was astounded when, at the beginning, you asked me what I thought I needed. Then we addressed those areas.
     Thank you,

Got VA Benefits?

Will an FAA Approved Instrument Rating Course Save Me Money?   Absolutely! You will require 15% fewer hours in an FAA Approved Instrument Rating (IFR) Course. Aero-Tech instrument pilots save thousands of dollars because our IFR course does not require 50 hours of cross country PIC.

"FINISH UP" INSTRUMENT FLIGHT TRAINING
Many of Aero-Tech's customers began instrument training elsewhere. "I can't seem to get done," is the comment we hear most often. Many of these pilots had 40 or 50 or more hours, but still couldn't get the job done with their current instructor.

  Are you are frustrated with

  • a lack of organization in training
  • instructors who are more interested in getting that airline job than teaching you
  • scheduling difficulties
  • poor aircraft or instructor availability
  • poorly managed or unprofessionally run organization.

Don't blame yourself.   Don't give up.  There is a better way!

Aero-Tech is the "Finish-Up" expert.  We can customize a unique instrument training program specific for your needs. Finish with us. Get away from work and home distractions, and realize amazing progress. The finish-up course begins with one of our senior instructors. While you're receiving instruction you are also being evaluated for exactly what you'll need in order to complete. At the conclusion of this session you'll visit with your training manager or the chief pilot to create a schedule that will get the job done, including making reservation for your flight test.

ACCELERATED COURSE

We are proud to offer a customized instrument rating training curriculum that usually requires 10 days but which can be customized to be shorter or longer depending on your individual needs.

The 10-Day Accelerated Instrument Course can be 10 consecutive days or we can accommodate your busy schedule with any 10 days within 30. (1 month) Includes one-on-one instruction in your plane or ours and in the full-motion simulator.

No other flight school in the country uses a full-motion simulator with these capabilities for initial instrument training; this is a unique opportunity available only from the instrument specialists at Aero-Tech.

Prior to enrolling, you should have passed the IFR Knowledge Exam.

TOP 3 REASONS TO GET YOUR 10-DAY INSTRUMENT RATING WITH AERO-TECH:

1. We teach an organized system of instrument lying.  We simplify instrument flying into basic concepts that any average pilot can master quickly.  You won't just earn the instrument rating, you will actually gain the confidence necessary to use your instrument flying skills in the real world.

2.  We specialize in instrument flight training.  Your Aero-Tech flight instructor is a full time IFR expert who graduates several IFR students each year.

3.  We dedicate our instructor staff to you.  You will work exclusively with a team of professional flight instructors until you complete the IFR course and pass your instrument practical exam.

50 HOURS XC NOT REQUIRED INSTRUMENT RATING COURSE

When your schedule requires a reliable itinerary, why struggle with marginal weather or cloud clearances? Continue your training with an instrument rating.

The instrument rating will normally cost around $6,000 and will generally take about 4 weeks on a full time schedule or up to 6 months or longer if training part time. Use of the simulator will reduce the cost and provide controlled weather scenarios. Most students prefer to fly in the C-172, C-182 and Simulator.

Stop in and visit Aero-Tech to receive a complimentary tour, information and a complete cost breakdown. You should be at least 17 years old and be in good physical condition. You must be able to read, understand and speak the English language. Additionally, you must possess a private pilot certificate, or be co-enrolled in the Private Pilot Course.
