50 HOURS XC NOT REQUIRED COURSE
When your schedule requires a reliable itinerary, why struggle with marginal weather or cloud clearances? Continue your training with an instrument rating.
The instrument rating will normally cost around
$6,000 and will generally take about 4 weeks on a full time schedule or up to 6 months or longer if training part time. Use of the simulator will reduce the
cost and provide controlled weather scenarios. Most students prefer to fly in the C-172, C-182 and Simulator.
ATTENTION: Our normal FAA approved instrument course does not require 50 hours of cross country.
Stop in and visit the school to receive a
complimentary tour, information and a complete cost breakdown. You should be at least 17 years old and be in good physical condition. You must be able to
read, understand and speak the English language. Additionally, you must possess a private pilot certificate, or be co-enrolled in the Private Pilot Course.
