Combined Commercial Pilot &
Flight Instructor Course
Aero-Tech is the only school around to offer you a very unique
course that combines the elements of both the commercial pilot and flight instructor flight and ground training requirements. If you have an instrument rating and are looking for an
efficient way to leap frog up to a CFI, then this is the course to save you time and money!
The Combined Commercial & Flight Instructor Course is taught coinciding with the
regularly scheduled flight instructor courses. The combined course is normally completed in about 3 weeks of full-time training.
You may train at anytime, with paying the normal hourly rate. Or, several times each year we put together a special class in a traditional group

to have your training completed in about 3 weeks, subject to possible weather and inspection delays. But that doesn't mean that you HAVE to be completed in that

14-Day Accelerated
COMBINED COMMERCIAL & FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR TRAINING PACKAGE
Of
course you may enroll in commercial pilot or initial flight instructor training at Aero-Tech at anytime. But about 6 times each year the Chief teaches an accelerated course for those who wish
to be the Best of Breed. This is a unique opportunity to receive training from a seasoned flight instructor with decades of practical experience and 1,000's of successful graduates. This
is an opportunity to train at an experienced school with a near 100% successful CFI signoff rate, and who cares about your success. If you are looking for good value for your time and

GROUND PACKAGE:$1,499. Includes
40 hours ground training in a classroom format. Class meets Fri 6PM-9PM, Sat and Sun 9AM-6PM over two consecutive weekends. The purpose of the ground package is to review
aeronautical technical subjects, prepare lesson plans, and practice teaching. We suggest that your knowledge exams be passed before class start, but it's not required. Does not
include the cost of FAA Knowledge Exams or training materials. A list of training materials (about $75, but you probably already own most of them) and additional information will be
emailed to you upon enrollment. (NOTE: If our class dates don't coincide with your schedule, ground training is also available one-on-one at the normal hourly rate.)
FLIGHT PACKAGE:$3,999. Includes 15 hours dual in Piper Arrow,
wet, plus 1 hour in C-152 for spin endorsement and 20 hours of pre/post flight briefings. Ask us about the checkride arrangements you may prefer. Budget $850 for two
checkrides. Flight training usually begins during the week between weekend ground classes. This is one-on-one instruction, outside of the ground training usually beginning during
the week between weekend ground classes. Two flights per day are normally scheduled. Alternate aircraft are available. A staff instructor will familiarize you with our training
aircraft and general proficiency, then the Chief will fly with you for final prep, polish and pen for the practical exam.
ALSO INCLUDED: With either ground or flight package, 12 Months of flight instructor mentoring from seasoned pro's.
Prerequisites
Place a non-refundable $1,000 deposit to reserve your training
Be at least 18 years old
Possess an Instrument Rating
Possess the prerequisite aeronautical experience for a
commercial pilot (Part 61) or be prepared to extended your training time with us to complete them with us.
Read, speak, understand English
Have passed the CAX, FOI and CIA knowledge exams
before beginning flight, or be prepared to extend your training time with us to complete them with us. If you need a sign-off, our instructors can do that for you , and you can test here.
Your training slot is
reserved when your deposit is received. At that time, we will email information regarding recommended accommodations, required training materials and a course assignment listing, just in
case you 'd like to get an early start on things.
Class size is limited to 6 people. Small class size means that classes fill quickly. Don't wait!

and productive training program for pilots whom we've not met and have not evaluated prior to enrollment. We accept you "as is," but you should know that: Prices and training hours quoted
represent minimum requirements and are provided for comparison only. We cannot guarantee that you will graduate in the stated number of hours. Additional hours may be purchased at normal
hourly rates. We cannot control the weather or aircraft maintenance needs which may extend the planned training program length. We assume that you are current with prerequisite
