Thoroughbred Flying Club

   Flying clubs have long been the vehicle passion and excitement of flying between members. Now you can have the social contact you desire along with discounted aircraft rental on a fleet of well maintained aircraft. The Thoroughbred Flying Club allows access to nine airplanes plus a tabletop PCATD and a full motion flight training device simulator. Join at any level. Move up or down at anytime. Student pilots welcome.

   Your membership also includes free parking, use of our staffed, comfortable lobby/flight planning area, online scheduling of aircraft and instructors, monthly FAA WINGS Safety Seminars, free and unlimited use of the AOPA Tabletop PCATD, coffee, and camaraderie. Memberships are limited - we don't overfill your aircraft access.

   Why are your rates dry? With fuel prices bouncing up and down, members have asked for "dry" rates. This allows you the flexibility to purchase fuel away from LEX and save money. Check Fuel Prices Around LEX
 

Aircraft Excursions

     The aircraft is yours from Saturday noon through Saturday noon for one low price, plus fuel.  No limit to how many hours you fly. Dual with an Aero-Tech instructor or solo. Fly local or go on vacation. A great way to build hours, finish training or see the country.

Winter Matinee Rates

     Aircraft departing and returning between 6:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M. may qualify for a 5% discount. Pilot must possess a Blue Grass Airport SIDA Badge and have night rental privileges.
 

Winter Pre-Payments

  Pre-payment cash-on-account credit is something that we offer during the winter season.  (For example, when you put $1,000 cash on account, we will credit your account for an additional $100.) Cash and credit may used toward aircraft rental, flight instruction, pilot supplies or anything else at Aero-Tech. $1,000 minimum. Available only from November thru February unless previously arranged.

   Each month we feature the Plane of the Month. It's our opportunity to introduce you to some very special aircraft that you may not otherwise consider flying. We think they're great - and we know you will too, once you try them out!

Leaseback

If you are one that would rather enjoy the pride of ownership; Aero-Tech offers a very advantageous leaseback program that will enable you to generate revenue from your investment when you are not using it. "Fly your own planewhile someone else pays for it." Call for details.
